Fantastic range of new BSA, Royal Alloy and Zontes bikes as well as a few used. Really nice to walk into somewhere that feels genuinely different from the average bike shop. Daryl the owner runs it single handed, so you do need to call before visiting in case he's out delivering bikes. It was refeshing to walk into the Cotswold Motorcycle Company and meet Daryl to chat about a potential 350 Bantam bike sale; as though we were guys at a bike meet, rather than talking to someone trying to meet a sales target ! With the paper work complete, Daryl kept me in the loop about the bikes's shipping schedule from Lukas Distribution. The PDI and handover was efficient & friendly, and I rode off on a cool looking bike that puts a smile on my face, even when it's parked up ! 500 miles in, booking its first service was easy especially with a loan of a courtesy bike for the hour. The only thing I've done subsequently, is swapped the factory fitted MRF tyres for a set of Avon Spirit radials; and Daryl could arrange that for you if you ask. Oustanding service from Daryl at The Cotswolds Motorcycle Company. I was looking for stock for a Zontes ZT125 - G1 in Wales with no luck. Noticing that Daryl offered deliveries and knowing the bike I wanted, we made a deal within 24 hours.  Prep of the brand new bike and delivery was done within a few days at a great price. I purchased a BSA following short test rides of the Bantam and Gold Star, pleased to find a local dealer. Daryl took the time to answer my many questions, allowing me time to weigh up my choices. I decided to part exchange my bike against the ex demo Gold Star and rode home in a few days. As luck would have it, my bike had a minor fault but Daryl collected the bike next day, confirmed the issue, ordered a new part, fixed and delivered the bike back to me promptly and all has been good since. This is what you want to see in a motorcycle dealership - post sale interest and prompt solutions.
